Sewer & Pipeline Jetting Services in South Florida
Over time, South Florida's sewer and stormwater pipes accumulate grease, roots, sediment, and debris that restrict flow and ultimately cause costly backups and overflows. High-pressure pipeline jetting is the most effective, non-chemical method for restoring full pipe capacity — and a cornerstone of any preventive maintenance program.
What Is Sewer & Pipeline Jetting?
Pipeline jetting — also called hydro jetting or sewer jetting — uses high-pressure water delivered through a flexible hose and specialized nozzle system to blast blockages, debris, grease buildup, and root intrusions from the interior walls of pipes. With water pressures reaching up to 4,000 PSI, pipeline jetting cuts through virtually any obstruction and restores pipes to near-original flow capacity.
In South Florida's climate, grease accumulation in commercial sewer lines is one of the most common causes of sewer backups. Restaurants, food processors, and commercial facilities generate significant volumes of fats, oils, and grease (FOG) that coat pipe walls and reduce flow diameter over months and years. High-pressure jetting removes this grease completely — a chemical treatment can't match its effectiveness.
Our combination jetter/vac units handle pipelines from 4 inches to 60 inches in diameter, processing up to 2,500 linear feet of pipe per day. We carry a full inventory of specialized nozzles for every application: chain flails for hard mineral scale, root-cutting nozzles for aggressive root intrusion, and precision nozzles for delicate older pipes that require controlled pressure application.
Pipeline jetting works on sanitary sewer mains, storm drains, force mains (with appropriate precautions), grease traps, and industrial process piping. We serve municipal customers with preventive maintenance contracts as well as commercial and industrial clients needing scheduled or emergency jetting service.
Key Benefits
Why contractors and municipalities across South Florida choose US Utility Services for pipeline jetting.
Up to 4,000 PSI
Cuts through grease, mineral scale, debris, and root intrusions that snaking and rodding can't remove.
2,500 LF per Day
High-production jetting units clean large-diameter mains quickly, minimizing disruption to your operations.
Non-Chemical
Mechanical cleaning with water — no hazardous chemicals that could damage pipes or harm the environment.
Pairs With CCTV
Combine jetting with CCTV inspection for a complete condition assessment — clean, then inspect.
Preventive Maintenance
Regular jetting prevents backup emergencies, regulatory violations, and costly emergency repairs.
24/7 Emergency Service
Sewer backups and blockages require immediate response — our teams are available around the clock.
How It Works
Pre-Jetting Assessment
We review system maps or conduct a quick camera scan to identify blockage locations, pipe material, diameter, and condition before selecting nozzle type and pressure settings.
Nozzle Setup & Insertion
The appropriate high-pressure nozzle is attached to the jetting hose and inserted into the pipe via a manhole or cleanout. Self-propelled nozzles advance through the pipe as jetting proceeds.
High-Pressure Jetting
Water at up to 4,000 PSI is pumped through the nozzle, cutting and dislodging debris from pipe walls and flushing it toward the downstream collection point.
Vacuum Collection & Disposal
Our combination units simultaneously vacuum the dislodged debris and water into the tanker for proper disposal — leaving the system clean and fully operational.
