About the SkillBridge Program at US Utility Services
The Department of Defense SkillBridge program allows active-duty service members to gain civilian work experience during the last 180 days of their military service. US Utility Services participates in this program because we believe that the discipline, attention to detail, and team-first mentality that military service instills are exactly the qualities that make a great pipeline inspection technician and utility services professional.
Our SkillBridge internship focuses on CCTV pipeline inspection — one of the most technically demanding and high-value roles in the utility infrastructure industry. Participants work alongside our NASSCO-certified inspection crews on real South Florida infrastructure projects, gaining hands-on experience that translates directly to industry certifications and civilian employment.
Beyond pipeline inspection, participants gain exposure to vacuum truck operations, hydro excavation, and the full range of utility services US Utility Services provides. This breadth of experience makes SkillBridge graduates highly employable across the utility services industry in Florida and beyond.
